We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and independent Wholesale Executive to join our team and contribute to our growing success in international markets.

Job Description

The Wholesale Executive will play a key role in managing and expanding paloma wool's global wholesale operations. Acting as the right hand to the Wholesale Director, this position requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and excellent client relationship management. The Wholesale Director is based in Paris, so we need someone who can work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with autonomy, while knowing when to ask for support. The position is full-time and based in our Barcelona office.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Reporting & Business Insights

  • Prepare monthly sell-through reports and analyze sales trends
  • Track and analyze the performance of Top wholesale accounts
  • Provide marketing and product support to clients

2. Finance Support:

  • Assure clients respect payment conditions and reduce credit risk, in collaboration with the finance team

3. Showroom & Order Management - 2 collections per year

  • Responsible for showroom organization: including location scouting, catering, and overall production
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings
  • Supervising and following up on client orders and selections


Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a wholesale or sales operations role, preferably in fashion or a similar industry.

Looking for:

  • Highly organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent

Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Spanish or French) are a plus.
