The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and data-driven Operations & Process Optimization Intern to support both key operational areas and analytical projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support logistics management across retail operations, supplier coordination, and internal distribution processes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Assist in warehouse operations, including packing chain support, quality control checks and prioritization of orders.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, helping to identify discrepancies and propose improvements in inventory control systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate internal workflows, using data to streamline day-to-day processes.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with different teams across the company.
What we are looking for:
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets. Python and SQL will be valued.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
