We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and hands-on person to join our team.

We’re a customer-focused brand, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, is empathetic, and takes ownership of the customer experience.

We value rhythm, attention to detail, and a thoughtful approach to communication. We also see customer care as a key source of insight, so the role involves identifying patterns in customer queries and contributing to improving processes and the overall experience.

The position is full-time and based in our Barcelona office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries with care and in the brand’s tone of voice.

  • Manage returns, exchanges, and claims smoothly and efficiently.

  • Maintain a consistent daily response rhythm and follow up on ongoing conversations.

  • Ensure tickets are handled with clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Coordinate with logistics, product, and e-commerce teams.

  • Identify patterns in customer queries and contribute to improving the overall experience.

  • Support the team with product-related updates on Shopify (such as descriptions or basic content adjustments).

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of online launches when needed.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

  • Comfortable working with structure and maintaining a steady daily rhythm.

  • Experience in customer service (fashion is a plus).

  • Interest in product and online experience.

  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Shopify is a plus.

  • Passionate about paloma wool, we are looking for someone who truly loves and connects with the project.
