We’re looking for a dynamic, organised, and hands-on person to join our team in a hybrid role bridging online and in-store experience.

This role combines part-time Customer Care at our Barcelona HQ with part-time assistance in our retail store. Someone who values rhythm, pays attention to detail, and helps create a balanced and intentional space.


Main Responsibilities

Customer Care (HQ, part-time)

  • Respond to customer inquiries with care and in the brand’s tone of voice.
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and claims smoothly.
  • Coordinate with logistics, e-commerce, and product teams.
  • Support ongoing improvements to our customer experience.


Retail Store (Barcelona, part-time)

  • Assist customers with attention and warmth.
  • Keep the shop floor in order: visual updates, tidy queues, a space that feels good.
  • Share feedback and observations with the team.
  • Support day-to-day flow: receiving, organising, packing, and dispatching.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus)
  • Proactive, empathetic, and aligned with our values of community.
  • Comfortable switching between roles and environments.
  • Experience in customer service (fashion a plus)
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Shopify is a plus.
