We’re looking for a dynamic, organised, and hands-on person to join our team in a hybrid role bridging online and in-store experience.
This role combines part-time Customer Care at our Barcelona HQ with part-time assistance in our retail store. Someone who values rhythm, pays attention to detail, and helps create a balanced and intentional space.
Main Responsibilities
Customer Care (HQ, part-time)
- Respond to customer inquiries with care and in the brand’s tone of voice.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and claims smoothly.
- Coordinate with logistics, e-commerce, and product teams.
- Support ongoing improvements to our customer experience.
Retail Store (Barcelona, part-time)
- Assist customers with attention and warmth.
- Keep the shop floor in order: visual updates, tidy queues, a space that feels good.
- Share feedback and observations with the team.
- Support day-to-day flow: receiving, organising, packing, and dispatching.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus)
- Proactive, empathetic, and aligned with our values of community.
- Comfortable switching between roles and environments.
- Experience in customer service (fashion a plus)
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Shopify is a plus.
