The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and data-driven Business Analyst Intern to support both key operational areas and analytical projects.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the inner workings of a fashion company, contributing to strategic decision-making through data analysis and business insights. You’ll work cross-functionally across key business areas including e-commerce, retail, and operations, and contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements that enhance our efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and performance metrics across all channels, providing insights to optimize strategy and operations.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate internal workflows, using data to streamline day-to-day processes.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with different teams across the company.
What we are looking for:
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent. Data Science course or master will be valued.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets. Python and SQL will be valued.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
