The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a hands-on approach to support business-critical analysis and process improvements across multiple areas: e-commerce, retail, and operations.

In this role, you’ll help shape our strategic decisions by turning data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with multiple teams, proactively identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to help the business grow in a structured and sustainable way.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, operations, and channel performance, identifying key insights and improvement areas.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and KPIs to support strategic planning.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize processes, improve cross-team data flows, and develop internal tools.
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Contribute to business reviews, budgeting cycles, and forecasting.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within a startup, fashion, e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and structured approach.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent. Data Science course or master will be valued.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets. Python and SQL will be valued.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Passionate about Paloma Wool—we are looking for someone who truly loves and connects with the brand.

What we offer:

  • A multidisciplinary small team in Barcelona, we value a creative and collaborative work environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A project that values long term impact over immediate growth.
  • 6 month full time contract, extendable to a permanent role.
  • Based in our Barcelona office.
